Service Description

Allow yourself to unwind and settle in with this relaxing class. Enjoy gentle stretches and restorative yoga with guided meditations throughout. Then allow the gentle vibrations of Peter Hess® singing bowls, gong, and other sound elements to lead you into further relaxation and healing. This experience is sure to relax, harmonize, and restore your mind and body. Suitable for everybody, no yoga experience necessary. Yoga mats, props, and blankets are provided for your convenience. Please pre-register for this specialty class in the events section, as space is limited to 12 participants. Investment is $25. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid a cancelation fee. If canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued. If no-show or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the entire amount of your scheduled appointment price. If you are not feeling well, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and a full refund may be issued. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
