Service Description

Sound healing is an ancient form of deep healing for reducing stress, providing relaxation, and overall well-being. Sound baths are performed with the participant(s) either laying on a yoga mat with props for comfort or sitting upright in a chair. Healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other elements are played at a close distance. Gentle sound vibrations remove energetic blockages and harmonize the mind and body. Sound healing is not a cure for disease or illness, and is not a substitute for medical care, but may assist the body to create an environment of healing. Most people describe feeling relaxed, grounded, and peaceful after a session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid a cancelation fee. If canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued. If no-show or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the entire amount of your scheduled appointment price. If you are not feeling well, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and a full refund may be issued. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
